Ahh its all working well.. I had an IBS bout this morning not had one for a long time.. I had my calorie intake put in wrong.. I was expected to eat over 2000 calories... No I was struggling so I looked it up and got it sorted phew!! Now this makes more sense.. Than weight watchers.. I check calories for everything now :) Its easier.. Its also about balancing everything else too.. all in moderation.. Thank you all for the welcome and the encouragement. I wasn't expecting any response but Thank you all so much. I hope this week will be more beneficial for my weight loss.. The kids being back to school and me being able to do more exercise and more of everything..:) Thank you again.
