Gym done 💪 At this point I'm not sure what I should and shouldn't be doing, so I'm playing it safe, but as long as I'm staying active it's good.
I'm not doing great with daily walking, it's usually around 5K, 6K a day. I know it should be more but I'm feeling soooo ridiculously tired these days.. hopefully it won't last forever.
Food wise, I'm happy.. I'm not over eating, I have no cravings or sickness, and trying to eat as healthy as possible. Now I just have to keep this up in moths to come 🥴 lol
