So excited, once ive lost another 1.2 lbs I will be back to the lightest I have ever been before, yay! Hopefull by the end of next week I can report that it is the case.

I'm annoyed at work today, they have just decided that we cant have any kind of drink at our benches any more. I like to get my 2230ml water by sipping through the day.

We currently have a morning break and a lunch break in which to have a drink in. I guess I will just have to keep leaving the work shop every few minutes when I need a sip and get more exercise at the same time!

Well done. Mine has gone down a bit too. Was measured at Curves on Wed so now have a base line to work to.
