Hi everyone it’s been rather stressful to say the least health issues & more but trying to cope as best as one can …. The weather hasn’t helped so been indoors most of the time hoping to go back to daily walks & portion control I’ve come to like intermittent fasting and now manage 16-18 hours fasting need to lose some weight health wise my health has improved a great deal in the last few months I’ve lost momentum just don’t know why? I shall be moving out of in six months which is amazing will be free and can eat what I like when I choose too already found a place & spoke to the land Lord he needed 6 months so will start slowly breaking free am sure it will have a positive impact on my eating habits too will start on a healthier eating plan next week since am invited out can’t possibly diet or eat healthy I’ve missed my friends on FS hope ur all keeping well sending you love and positive vibes ❤️❤️❤️❤️
