Ate lunch late. I was at the computer during the times my food was cooking - I fixed some deserts: apple crisp and strawberry shortcake to use up the fruit - finally. I left the peel on the apples for more fiber. I think I want to cunt fiber because optimal intake will help to balance cholesterol levels.
Since it's only about 2:20 pm, I want to get into the patio gardening after I clean up the kitchen.
