THIS WORKS everybody (at least it has for me): clean diet, daily caloric deficit, and “some form” of exercise.
I’m down 15.8 lbs since Jan 1!! I honestly can’t believe it (I keep changing out the scale batteries thinking it MUST be broken😁).
