Come on people!

Chicken breast, whole grain pasta, low calorie/sodium marinara sauce, unbuttered/unsalted corn of the cob and steamed, unbuttered/unsalted green bean with a few sprinkles of zero sodium fajita seasoning!!! So good, low cal, and filling!

Seriously, I was the same way BUT I am living proof that your tongue will (very quickly) adapt! I now seriously appreciate the sweetness of “plain” green beans and corn! I was truly counting the minutes until dinner today - not because I’ve been starving all day, but because it’s sooooo good!
