Paster I am too busy right, but review your food intake menu, look at calories, carbs and sodium and see your intake to high on any.
Sounds like you are exercising alot. Remember regardless of your diet-the Bottom line is Calories minus exercise = net calorie, and if your net calorie is within range, you should lose! Have a great week!!! I know people appreciate the hard work you do!!!
