I'm back again, after a long break of calorie counting 😊 Been hitting the gym very regularly for a while now, and while my weight has gone up, my body fat percentage is down to 29% now and I'm way stronger than what I used to be. I can now lift over a total of 40 ton of weights in about 2hrs 40 mins. Would like to get that fat percentage down though. Currently aiming for a realistic figure of 20% and see how I feel after that.
