Fast today. Plan to return to OMAD in Feb. But January's every-other-day 24 hour "fast" has been eye opening. weight is stalling at a loss of about 7 lbs lost. So, I will end this month's regime to (a cleaned out regime of creeping carbs) OMAD 20/4. Glad I tried it. Longer fasts really were a no go when I started 5.5 years ago...I really couldnt do it. So, I am glad I tried again...this past month. But, really looking forward to the sanity + weight I can maintain. I think this month also purged me of the really bad habit of "lax" input and shareing here. This community keeps me honest. Keeps me grounded and connected in a way that has saved my life. No hype. Everything was failing because I couldn't show up anymore. God Bless you all. Now I am living my dream. My best to you all in 2023. Respect to all who keep coming here. This community is foundational!

Glad you've got a plan and that it includes showing up here more often! I've never been able to do OMAD. But I can do a total fast without a problem. I'm weird.
