Oh, so, this is a weird thing that happened. I have been limiting to around 700-1000 calories a day for about a week and a half, and yesterday I said to myself, 'oh what the hell, lets go get sushi.' I've had sushi before, my body isn't particularly sensitive to raw fish, but I ate two rolls with brown rice, and a half cup of miso soup. I threw up. My body literally rejected it. It wasnt food poisoning, because Im not sick now, and I didn't have a flu, but man, it was just a shock to my system after not eating anything for two weeks. I felt really stupid.
