Ok so back to E.R. today - another round of antibiotics for diverticulitus - so disappointed because I have been so good about watching diet - to have this all again is really a bummer. It's only been 10 months since the last episode... I'm leaving Tuesday for Japan and one leg is 14 hours so I need to be feeling better by then. I'm wiped out.
Ok - have decided that perhaps it was the blueberries - haven't had them in ages and they were on sale a few weeks ago and started having them with my bran and yogurt in the morning - had another look at them and never realized how many little seeds are in blueberries so they should be a no-no for me.... Can't believe my downfall may have been fresh fruit! :(

Hang in there. If anything will get me to lose weight it is Japanese food. I worked for a Japanese firm right out of college. Had my fill of Sushi for the rest of my life. The flight is murder bring a really good long book. Take it easy.
