A few days of positive self-esteem boosts feel wonderful. Over the 4th I sat with a woman whom I had just met. She nodded to me and said to her friend that I'm not where they are in life yet. So I asked her how old she was and it turned out they were both 5 or more years younger than me and were surprised at my age hahahaha! Funny because we all age differently.

Then yesterday on the transit bus someone I know called me "skinny-mini" and another one said they don't recognized me anymore. lmao! All in good fun of course. All this feels good even though "getting skinny" hasn't been my objective. Getting healthy is what I'm aiming for which means getting rid of the excess fat among other goals but the compliments are really nice too.

Well, I'm off to town again. Such a busy week. Best wishes to all my friends. I think we might get into the 90's again today ☼
