After I started gaining at the beginning of the week I wasn't paying as close attention to my diet and the last two days. I've kinda given up.

Lihat Kalender Diet, 01 Agustus 2009:
1881 kkal Lemak: 44,09g | Prot: 87,24g | Karb: 160,09g.   Makan Pagi: milk, corn flakes. Makan Siang: crouton, cucumber,  ceaser dressing. Makan Malam: steak, rice, green beans. Camilan/Lainnya: beer. lagi...

Being overweight is hard. Losing weight is hard. You just need to choose your hard. If you fall off your plan after one meal, you need to get right on and not let yourself give up. Believe your worth it. We all have gains. It's the people who don't let that stop you who get to goal. You can do it.

I agree with Suzi161, just because you mess up and have 1 snack or 1 meal that you didn't want to eat or "shouldn't have eaten" you don't have to give up. The best time to get back on track is IMMEDIATELY! Little gains and losses happen frequently. Don't worry about the scale so much right now, I try to judge how I am doing based on what jeans/slacks/undergarments seem to fit better.
