I’ve got a yo-yo thing going on that’s making me crazy. It involves water weight, but the trend is still down. Every other day - up half, down three- quarters, up again, then down more. The difference between those days is a 4 mile run occurring the day before the drop…which sounds to me like water weight. Despite this seesawing, the trend remains down, so that’s a win I guess. But it just seems stupid to me. 🤔
