I have just eaten a large quantity of mixed nuts. I've no clue on how much in grams or ounces but I now I've probably exceeded my RDI by a country mile. It is my greatest weakness. The nuts were put out in a bowel for a visit by the family this afternoon. Oh! Dear, back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.

why do we do these things? i get my son a stash of biscuits each week and i never fail to pinch a few before i give them to him to hide from me x ;)

I love cheese so I don't buy it. A few nuts are good for you but I can't stop eating them. Some folk are the same with chocolate. I can resist that!!!
