It's crazy how much weight can swing from one day to the other. At least a whole kg. But if it's just water weight, then the lesser number is the fat weight, isn't it?

No clue re: those fancy scales. But it's funny how weight can bounce up and down so quickly. That's why I average it and don't rely on one number,

I don't weigh myself everyday, just once a week. I feel like I get a better idea this way.
