Much better day today, I nearly slipped on some chocolates brought into the office but when I got my phone out to log them I put them back (they were wrapped).

Then I had my lunch next to a table of cakes that someone else had brought in, after the success with putting the chocolates back I felt more able to resist the cake.

As well as my usual bike journey to and from work I decided to do an aerobics video. And I've just got back from an impulsive 30 min brisk walk. Feel good, but on the down side I've neglected my studies again, I'm still a week behind. Why is it there is always something we fall down on? Lol
