Breaking 17x is a minor accomplishment as I've not seen a 17x on the scale in 6 months. Being 167 in December 2021, clearly there's more work and focus to do.
Discovering the FS app was a help to get me back on track.
Keeping a food diary is important, yet so difficult when the motivation and focus fade.
