Diet gingerale sometimes helps when I'm feeling queasy and I just discovered Ryvita rye crackers which are SO good for you and whole wheat,too. Great snack for a quick fix with a little low fat pepper cream cheese and sliced strawberries on top. You'll do fine this week because you're a strong woman who cares about herself ;)
