Hi my FS friends🙋♀️ How's your new year going?
This morning, I realized how very much I appreciate & need this community! Several things have changed in my routine, leading to a weight gain. I'm feeling overwhelmed these days...SO here's my plan:
1. Continue smoking cessation. Choose healthier things to snack on. Take 'NEAT'
breaks, instead of smoke breaks. Drink more water.
2. Be patient with myself while my body gets used to the change in arthritis
meds. Shorter sessions of exercise till the pain eases/mobility returns.
3. Diligence in logging calories/weighing food.
4. Participate here on FS. You guys are vitally important to my success💙 When I
look up helpful hints, it helps ME as much as anyone else!
5. Earlier to bed using the new bipap machine, to get more hours of sleep.
6. More cooking simplified recipes & using as many fresh, whole foods as
possible.
