Hi there,
Thanks for your comment. You're absolutely right - it's the portion control (or lack thereof) that is doing me in. Just because one is going to the gym, one does not need to stuff one's face! lol. It's hard not to treat food as a reward.
I'm very impressed by your consistent, steady weight loss. Wow. Good for you!!
