Good article - one which I actually AGREE with!!! I get caught up in the snacking. Now that I'm holding myself accountable, I try to make wiser choices. Still mainly eating 3 regular meals - and smaller snacks. Thanks for sharing - I picked it up and put on my Facebook page too!
