halfway, not yet evaluating but still...

It seems i am not eating enough, because sofar each day has ended in a feeding frenzy...
keeping this up for 3 more days and then evaluation time... i hope my body can adjust to my plan before then...

today two hours of exercise:
jogging half hour,
horsebackriding (not counting)
jogging half hour

and an hour of spinning class...

1700 kcal planned with a very pleasant fish-stew...

Find something to do after you had your dinner to avoid snacking. I just brush my teeth and that's a sign my mind recognizes, the kitchen is closed for the day and I don't even think of eating something else.

I use the teeth brushing trick, too. In fact, once I floss my teeth, it is over!

tried that, failed ofc. guess we are all different! Think about it though, if brushing your teeth really helped, wouldnt we be brushing our teeth all day long, and obesity would be a thing from the past? (*lol*)

How about a cup of hot herb tea for those after dinner cravings. Some times I don't want the tea, but after i bother fixing it and drinking it I seem to forget about whatever it was that I was craving.
