Great upper body weight session this morning with Fitnessblender. I will definitely feel this one tomorrow. Enjoyed a shake for dinner last night because I was not hungry then again this morning. An added hour of sleep last night seemed to help but still tough to get up this morning. I'm sure the bed vs my back war did not help. Cardio/HIIT/Total Body Strength is planned for tomorrow so better plan for this TODAY. Nutrition and sleep!!
