Hugs to those who need and/or just want one.
I think I got lucky this week-end, I managed to only went up to 227.6. I did a light workout yesterday and then my normal workout today. Unofficial weigh in at 226.0. I think most of the weight was water, but I am happy it is gone. I have to agree with HCB what about the tummy and arm fat. I work my arms during my normal workouts (recumbent cross trainer and resistant bands) but I seem to be getting "bingo arms" and have no clue how to get ring of it.
