Yesterday, I did a Fitnessblender HIIT Cardio. No weights, just cardio. 27 minutes. I only modified one exercise. I am kind of proud of getting through it as it was pretty tough. I wanted to run today but the rain kept me in bed. I really need to focus on getting more sleep but the only time I can work out is EARLY morning. I will have to figure that one out. How about, GO TO BED. Yes, that would help:)
