So I am back after more than 6 months. Up a few unwanted pounds after a summer of indulging somewhat. Mostly due to slacking off on the exercise routine at the same time. Fatsecret has taught me a lot and keeping a food calendar kept me honest and aware. While I did track activity with a new Fitbit, keeping a record here may help give me the incentive to keep up my good habits. When I forgot to put the watch back on after charging, I could not maintain a successful "record" and found myself losing interest.
Maybe being accountable on Fatsecret will get me back on track. While I may never be the 133, my body seems happy at the 137-8 and losing those 5 extra gets me back to my happy place. First goal is to exercise and feel good, lose weight second! I know I can get there with a little discipline.
