Had breakfast today with daughter...she is now heavier than I am and it makes me sad to see her be so uncomfortable, and have trouble buckling her seat belt. She is also still looking for work and I know heavier people are not readily hired, so that's a concern. I know she has her own journey to go through, and I can't do things for her, but it's hard to watch. I love her so much. Wanted to stop for coke (soda) on my way home, but luckily my hubby was with me so I couldn't. I eat too often out of frustration, but in the end it's not helpful. Get through this day, and then one day will be behind me on my journey back to a more reasonable weight. All I can do, now that she's 35, is be a good example for her.
