Good luck...maintenance means portion control and I always find it more difficult than sticking with calorie limits in the weight loss phase.

no you're not reading your statement here made me see myself. I too am in this state of sitting on my butt and wanting the weight to just move itself. it gets depressing sometimes the same pattern over and over again.

Nobody is perfect but it's a good mindset to have going forward, highly recommend you educate yourself on nutrition and habit building, our brains self sabotage us because it thinks it's protecting us by seeking comfort, learn how the brain works and your transformation will be that and not yet another sudden burst of motivation I promise

You're not alone! I've been off since Halloween - the candy just kills me! Then it feels like, well the Holidays are comimg so why bother, I'll restart in January.
But I know I don't want to lose all my progress/gain weight back either!
So maybe something in the middle where we try to move more while not restricting so much & feeling left out?
I know, it's hard, but together I think we can get thru this!

HCB, I still count calories but have upped the calorie range for maintenance. But that frosting was completely OUT of my range...pure, unadulterated, outta control indulgence🤦♀️
