Ok so I went over 351 calories today but Im ok wiht it because i decided that since my spike days are going to be on saturdays i could have a little start, tomorrow i will begin SPike diet and start with my low day, only 1200 calories, im a little worried. Also,today was a stressful day for me because I just have alot on my mind and that stres really triggered me to overeat. I cant say i did amazing but i tried not to eat any foods that woiuld trigger me even more and I made it. Tomorrow is a new day and i still feel that determination and drive to continue on this journey, I also know that GOD is with me and guiding me every step of the way.
