Day 28 of another Whole30 Challenge, weigh in is on Friday. Went for a long walk last night, my dog enjoyed very much, until he had wait outside a store for me. Love my Fitbit, when I am over 10,000 steps it buzzes. Starting floor hockey tonight. Missing playing sports, soccer ended in February and isn't starting up until May. Maybe floor hockey can keep me in shape until then. Playing on 2 teams in May :) Co-ed and Women's, can't wait. Also coaching too, just got my certification :). Regarding weight loss, not sure if I am loosing like the last 30 days. Doubt I lost 12.6 lbs again. Would like to have lost at least 4 lbs (1 for each week). We'll see Friday.
