Starting the Advocare 10 day cleanse today. Meal prepped for at least an hour last night. So many veggies. Took some before and after photos and I'm really hoping there is a significant difference when the cleanse is over. I'm very excited for this to get me back on track, nutritionally speaking.
I also finally bought myself a new Polar Ft4 watch. I am so excited to finally have it in my life again. I did purchase the Garmin Vivofit a while back, and while I did like the step counter, I found that the heart rate monitor portion of it seemed to be incredibly inaccurate. The one day I worked out for a full 50 minutes, but when I looked back at the information it only logged me for a total of 47 minutes. If it cant even correctly give me my workout length, I really cant trust it to give me an accurate calorie count. I'm very happy going back to Polar.
