I did my exercise last night. I feel good. I lost weight, lost inches and am building up strength and some muscle. People are jealous and I don't get it... some friends ditched me, some are saying that I am getting too skinny (@ 145lbs? excuse-me!) and some people pretend like they haven't noticed that I lost weight... I am not sure what to think anymore... but one thing is sure, I feel GOOD and will do for myself whatever it takes, REAL friends will love me always, no matter how I look like!

It's just sad.... the same people used to tell me that I look good when I was 30lbs heavier... and today they are gone... or not saying anything anymore... just ignoring me... how sad.. liars, liars!

Ok... I did let it out... and that's the purpose of this journal... people will always be people! -=Me, Myself and I=- there is a reason why I wrote this!

SO? what did I say? I knew these few pounds would melt faster than ice-cream!! I'm so happy for you! ok, forget what people say. jealousy, that's all. you look beautiful and you'll look even better when you reach your goal. it's all about you. keep going Mimi, you are right and they are wrong!

Thanks Anne, you're such a sweetheart! I am really happy to know you... people like you make the difference... we know how hard we work to achieve what we have so far... and I can't believe that some people get mad and jealous... I mean no one is telling them not to do it! lol.. It's a personal choice! :)

How tall are you? 145 seems good based on your picture.

I'm about 5.7'' ...it's not bad, I am really in the average weight for someone of my height. I just need to tone my body and lose some more fat, but nothing extreme... get to 140lbs would be the best for now!
