Ah ... Thursday!!! It is going to be a warm one in these here parts!!! I'm game!! A couple of home visits today ... and then tomorrow I'm NOT going to work!! I got home late last night ... I have no clients scheduled for Friday and even though ... I could busy myself all day with paperwork I have decided to take care of ME. I have seen the magic number today ... just under 180 at 179.8!! I last saw a 179.4 on June 27th!! So, it may not "stick" but today ... Frank and I are on very good terms!! Well, duty calls!!!

WHOO HOO, in the 70's. Way to go Carol. I read your post yesterday and had to laugh when you commented about looking at frozen pizza in the grocery store. I have been known to pick up bags of chocolate, inhaling deeply and putting it back. Feeling the feel of ice cream boxes and putting them back. Putting them back is what we did and that is what counts. Again, I am so happy you are below the 180's. :-)
