Induction's not easy, but it's worth it. Great walk for an hour w/ dh; actually a bit sunburned after walking two days in just a t-shirt. Dropped 4# overnite which is highly questionable; I'll likely bounce up and down a few days before it stabilizes there. Have to lose about 10 more before mid-may for a special event --- the clothes I need to be able to wear won't fit me without at least the 10 lb loss.

We can do this!
