4lb left to 11.5stone, started at 14.8 stone, very proud of myself. Hard work and determination is key, mind of matter & changing the way I think about food has been the major change compared to the last time I lost 3 stone back in 2017/2018. To me this is a lifestyle change and definitely one I plan to keep up.
