I re-started yesterday a bit... did 220 crunches on the ball, it was hurting but I don't feel the after pain because by now my abs are quite used to it and trained on that exercise!
I am looking forward to do more tonight; my legs, arms, some killer exercises -burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges... and of course my crunches again! I feel already much better and more energized just by completing my crunches yesterday! Awesome!
