Well I did 45 minutes of yoga this afternoon and still have Jillian to do. I really don't want to do Jillian but my husband bought it for me thinking it would help so I at least have to finish the six weeks of it to prove him wrong, hehe. That you would think would be motivation enough!
I really just want to do an hour of yoga a day and some walking/jogging in the evening.
I am kinda tired of always doing these card core workouts and am ready to settle into a lifetime workout. Does that make any since??
I know I will have to change things here and there but I really just like yoga and it works me out really good and I think with walking/jogging along with it should keep me in pretty good shape.
I also have my bike whick I like a lot so maybe just switching between the two and keeping the yoga everyday is good.
Yes, I think that is what I will do, but first one more month of Jillian.
Maybe I am just stressed. My Grandpa had another heart attack on Father's Day and was in a comma. They were just waiting for him to go basically b/c he sighned a dnr and he was going fast. At 3:00 AM he all of a sudden just woke up and started talking!
I am drained from the back and forth emotion and I can only think of what the rest of the family that is there with him feels.
They think he can go home tomorrow if he is still feeling good. I know even though he is well now he does not have long.
I did get to talk to him for just a few minutes this morning and tell him I love him so I am happy about that.

That is hard about your grandpa. It seems like you have a close relationship with him. All you can do is hope and pray for the best, but, like you said, it may be his time to go. Whatever happens at least you were able to be with him for the time he had here on earth. I know what you mean about doing the hard-core workouts, they really burn you out on exercise after a while. I usually just go by how I am feeling. If I have a lot of energy, I will do a harder workout. If I feel low energy, I will walk or do pilates, or just a shorter workout.

I went through almost the same thing last January. I hope he stays well. My heart goes out to you. My Grandpa was my friend. My ice cream sneaker, and taught me how to play cards, fish and to be able to do anything that a boy can :) I miss him terribly.
