When you lose 3 lbs, that’s water weight. I go up and down with this. The struggle is real. I wish I could swim daily. I’d be looking amazing! Regular diet today.
87,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,3 kg.    Sisa: 14,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Well I’d gained it so to me it’s not a real drop. I want hack to 189 where I know I’ve lost weight not water. Hope that makes sense! No sugar or sweets but I may have a free day soon. @ Marcia-I know! I love the water. It helps everything and my body looks amazing. One day! 🌈🌈

My chiropractor tells me to swim for the sciatica pain in my leg from my bad back. It sure takes a commitment to get to it. I'm sitting at home which I guess is the worst thing for it.

I’d love to swim. When you gain it then loose it, it’s not a good girl. I ate less than 1000 calories today. I see the endocrinologist in December. She said 1100-1300 calories should work. Well, it’s not. I hope I don’t have to go less all the time Today was just a good day and I ate plenty just my fasting day. Thanks for the encouragement
