Happy Sunday to All Hope everyone has a wonderful Fathers Day. I am heading to the beach with my brothers and my dad this evening for a nice quiet evening with my family. As for me, I did lose 2 lbs this week so that was good. I have implemented a new plan and I am hoping that it gets me into a good groove. I am sticking to Atkins and really do love it. I am just trying to learn patience, lol. I am still in headache mode, 7 days and counting. I am also suffering from some residule pain from my stroke, so that is causing some issues, but I am focused on adapting to my situation and that helps some. I am actually feeling positive and put aside my pain enough to do some yoga and some ab work. The yoga is so funny since I have NO balance really, I tip over a lot, lol. It is really good practice for me and I will continue it so that my balance can improve. I also have a balance ball and resistance bands for my PT assignments, some word searches for my OT assingments, and some eye exercises. Now I just need to discipline myself to do them. Congratulations on those 2 lost pounds! I am so sorry that your headache continues to hang on. You are doing very well Dana, especially as you have issues with your stroke to contend with. Keep working with the yoga - your balance will improve with practice. Have a good week, my friend!
