People still think I look sick, but everytime I look in the mirror I see more weight that needs to be lost.

For breakfast before the gym today i had yogurt, blueberries and multi-grain cheerios
Sanck - had a Light & fit peach yogurt.
Lunch - Red wheat cereal and a cup of soy milk
snack - cualifower
Dinner- Southwestern-style soup and a fresh salad (italian dressing)
Snack - Crystal Light frozen pop

People said the same thing to me when I lost my weight. Just continue to make sure you're eating healthy, getting good exercise in along with proper rest.
