I sprained my ankle.
Resting this weekend so I can come back strong on Monday 💯💯

Get well soon. Don't rush with the exercises but keep making good food choices. Remember good nutrition is key

I agree with chrissie1980. Please don't rush into gym. I had twisted both my ankles and it took me roughly 7-8 months to recover fully. And if you go back too quickly, it will take a while for it to fully recover. Get well soon❤️
