I had a decent day. Woke up at 6:30 am and ate cheerios/ yogurt/ and blue berries (yummy) then went to the gym for an hour and a half. I at a rice cake at work for a snack. Once I got off I came home and had a nice cup of hot tea, fresh greens salad, and 2 tsp of dressing. Took a nap for 2 hrs until my husband got home. Fixed him dinner and I at a yummy frozen 4 cheese manicotti and broccoli. For a snack to night I think I'll treat myself to 1/2 cup frozen mix berries :)
