your doing awesome! I don't know how you do it though. for me making it through the night without eating is a success and the first thing I'm doing when I wake up is getting food in me. keep up all your efforts 😃

otb123, thanks. It has definitely been a challenge. Some days are easier than others. I found an app that helps me track it and that was a huge help. I was fasting 3 or so ish weeks before I found the app. Did 2 days shy of 5 weeks on it and yesterday I just didn't. .. I needed a break. I went over my calories and all. I got some bad news about my Dad and just couldn't take one more day being hungry and dealing with that. But today I'm back at it. 🙏🏼
