You ever feel if you eat you gain all the weight you lost for the last week.

So now start over. 10 days of up and down. Back to what I weighed 10 days ago. Day days ago I was up to 210.😞
94,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,3 kg.    Sisa: 10,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Memperoleh 10,8 kg dalam 1 minggu

When you fall you got to get back up start again. You can do it.

Depends on WHAT you are eating. Are you eating high fiber foods or processed foods with lots of added sugar and sodium?

I understand. I was losing pretty consistently then my husband got sick and I quickly gained 10#. It's my fault when I was stressed I didn't eat regularly so it grab and go snacks. I gain so easily and struggle to lose. It's my mindset that has to change.

Have you considered trying a different WOE? If you're ping-ponging, what you're doing may not be working for you. Low carb (I think that's what you're doing, based on journal entries) doesn't work for everyone. I'll second karen's vote to avoid highly processed foods

I am the same!!! Easy to gain - difficult to lose..... Sheesh! I gained 3 pound in just the last 2 days! My heartfelt condolences on your predicament. I will admit to earlier post - my way of eating isn't working! I am eating too much junk! You, however, can get this done! You are Strong! Stay focused (don't be like me) 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️
