Went to bed @ 10:30pm. Wow that's early for me. I only did my arm weights for 20 minutes yesterday. I guess the Wii boxing was what made them hurt so bad yesterday. I didn't do my peddles either. Today the plan is to get back in the swing of things. Arms 30 minutes x 2 and peddling 30 minutes x 2. If it doesn't get too hot, maybe 20 minutes of treadmill.

This morning is going to be busy though. Gotta run to Nashville and get some flea pills. Michael needs some gatoraid powder for the water cooler on the truck. Let me not forget LEMON LIME lol. Yes, sometimes writing it down on my list is no guarantee.

Got the flea pills, didn't find the gatoraid powder. Will go to WM tomorrow. Went over on carbs by .65 today. I hope that doesn't make me gain tonight. Didn't get in enough calories, but I ate a lot of food. Not a lot of exercise today (20 m total arms, 40 mn total peddling)
