27lbs is more or less two stone, and living that amount of excess weight can only be good can't it? I know I've still got a long way to go and nobody can even tell I'm shrinking yet, but that day will come. Insomnia is still a worry, but lying awake feeling good about myself is a million times better than lying awake feeling shame and disgust.

That's incredible, if u have a chance to See 7.5kg bag of pots I get mine from morrisons hold one in each hand as that's what uv lost in weight ull be amazed how much it actually is to hold uv done amazing, well done xx

awww how fabulous for you....due to my age I've had ongoing problems with sleeping and take magnesuim supplement which does help ...I also avoid caffeine all day and try not to eat anything with sugar particularly in the afternoon/evening...it takes a while for me to get off to sleep but I sleep better now......well done you must feel chuffed...well done 🤗⭐

Well done Joolz, go you! I've been insomniac most of my life, it's a nightmare when ur body is bone tired but ur brain js won't shut up!! Try Insight Timer app free from Google Play store it has lots of sleep meditations, sleep sounds eg rain, crackling fire, white noise, adult story telling etc give it a shot and hopefully u find something that helps ❤️

Thank you all of you for your kindness! It's wonderful to experience such positivity and encouragement especially when you have a tendency to doubt and dread, like I have. I'm fighting it off though, whereas in the past I have not been able to, and I think that's what is making all the difference.
