It has been 1 year since I started going back to my Weight Management Doctor after the birth of my youngest daughter. My goal was to lose 100lbs by now. I haven't been working as hard at it as I did my first go around with losing 100lbs. I have only lost 57lbs this past year. So after my visit Saturday and changing diet pills, I have decided that I am going to be more serious about this. I want to have my self-esteem back, look great in my clothes and feel great! I think by keeping a journal it will help me to stay focused on my goals. I just don't feel much like getting too detailed with my first Journal Entry tonight. I'm trying to avoid thinking since I just lost my mother a week ago. So all I am going to say today is Get Up and Get Your Rear-end in Gear Christy!
