Well, as I have mentioned before I am doing a 12 week challenge, this is my week 11 and since the start I have been able to lose the 10 lbs that I have put on... but on top of that I have built some amazing muscle and have a very nice tummy that I love. I am really going to have a six pack, not sure yet when, but very soon, I can see the lines and I can feel it when I touch my tummy. That's the result of the challenge, the most extreme thing that I have ever done and the best results so far! I am truly happy :))

It's actually not. It's on a bodybuilding dot com website and the name of the guy is Kris Gethin, it's his 12 weeks program... but after I am done with that one I will be focusing on a new one that is specifically designed for women and it's by Jamie Eason. She is amazing! It's also on bodybuilding website.

Thanks! I have completely changed my eating. During the transformation there is no Dairy, no fruits, no bread and such carbs, it's a very strict diet but it cleanse your body like I've never thought! I will not go back to eating bad and the best thing is I have no cravings!
